Sauna @ Om & Bass Festival
Hands down our favourite crowd of the year — so its great to be back for another year! This
festival just gets it: that unique balance of movement and stillness, effort and rest,
community and quiet. The Sauna Box fits right in. Drop in when the moment feels right, feel
the post-sauna glow, and let the heat and cold do their thing. No fixed slots, no timetable —
just a self-regulating sauna that's yours to enjoy over the weekend.

What's on offer?
- Our traditional wood-fired sauna and chilled cold plunge — an oasis of calm and recuperation - Bookable 55-minute sauna sessions for up to 8 people - Cold rinse shower and chilled cold plunge included - Changing space and chill-out area while you wait - Limited guided sauna ritual sessions — book early, spaces fill fast - Adult ticket holders only
What to bring?
- Two towels (one to sit on) - Swimwear - Drinking water - Warm clothes - Sliders / flip-flop - A robe if you have one
Note: Sauna Box is a paid add-on. You must hold a valid Om & Bass festival ticket to access the sauna on site. Booking a sauna session does not grant entry to the festival. All use is at your own risk. If you have any medical conditions, underlying health problems, take prescription medication, or are pregnant, please consult a health professional before booking. We reserve the right to turn away anyone who appears intoxicated.
