We are open all year round and in all weathers. In fact we quite like a bit of rain to add a bit of atmosphere to the sauna experience
The only weather that stops play is high winds or thunder/lightning. If there is a weather warning in place or winds are above 45mph we will contact you to reschedule your booking with as much notice as possible
Facilities and shelter are fairly limited at all our locations so please come dressed appropriately
Facilities at our seaside locations are fairly limited so we recommend coming appropriately dressed for your sauna session and removing jewellery at home
We do not have changing facilities or a designated storage area so please leave any valuables at home or in your car
The saunas have hooks to hang your robes and towels

We try our very best to make the sauna as inclusive as possible. However, due to the nature of the sauna there are some reasons why you might not be able to use our saunas.
All persons using the sauna and cold plunge do so at their own risk. If you have any reservations regarding sauna use, such as medical conditions, underlying health problems, the use of prescription drugs or pregnancy, it is essential that you consult your GP before making a booking.
Children between the ages 7 to 16 are permitted to use the saunas during private sessions only (full sauna to be booked) as long as an adult family member/guardian is present at ALL TIMES during the hire/use of the sauna. This is only the case at our community sauna site. At Festivals, only those 16 years of age and above are permitted to use the sauna.
Anyone under the age of 7 is NOT permitted to use the sauna. (As above, at festivals this is extended to anyone under the age of 16).
This depends on your booking. Our community sauna sessions are open to all and unless you book the full capacity during your time slot you will be sharing the sauna with others. Don't fear though, we've found the sauna a great place to make new friends
Of course if you'd prefer some privacy please either a private hour or you have the option to book the full sauna capacity during your chosen time slot (for example on full moon sessions where they are open to all)
Please note that cancellation policy may vary depending on the service being purchased. Refer to the policy visible on the 'Booking Form' page.
We will refund or reschedule any booking up to 48 hours before your visit. Any refunds will be minus a £5 admin fee but there is no fee for rescheduling.
If you wish to cancel your booking you can do this yourself by logging into your account, going to 'My Bookings', click the button 'Manage' and select 'Cancel'.
For a refund please email events@snbx.co.uk (events@snbx.co.uk)with the booking details (Name, Date, Time, Location).
If you do not show up or cancel on the day of your booking you will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If you are purchasing a sauna experience at a festival, you must have a festival ticket to be able to access the sauna. A sauna pass does not give you access to the festival.
Our simple sauna etiquette is as follows:
1. Sauna sessions of no longer than 20 min at a time (we recommend 5-15 min sessions)
2. Following operators’ instructions on how to pour water onto hot rocks
3. Only pouring the provided ‘sauna water’ on hot rocks and nothing else
4. Entering and exiting sauna in a safe manner
5. Keeping access points clear to allow other users to exit safely and swiftly if needed
6. Remove shoes prior to entering the sauna and ensure feet are clean
7. Not touching any part of the stove
8. Sitting on a towel within the sauna
9. Behaving in a respectful way to all other bathers
10. Keep your (swimwear) bottoms on
11. Rinsing prior to using any cold plunge baths, if provided
Rinse - Hot - Cold - Rest
1. Have a shower before sauna
2. Sit on a towel in the sauna
3. Get warm (usually 5-15 mins)
4. Get cold - have a plunge (rinse first if using an ice bath)
5. Rest - allow your body to reach equilibrium
6. Repeat
Top tip:
Follow your heart. Notice your resting heart rate before the sauna. Notice how it speeds up during sauna process. Notice it come back down during cold plunge. Notice it settle during rest. When it is back to normal is time to return to the sauna.
