Sauna @ Bearded Theory
We are back for our second year, with even more to offer! Escape to the Earth Area's Sauna Box for a rejuvenating festival experience. Relax in our warm sauna, feel the 'post-sauna glow,' and connect with yourself and nature.
As well as bookable 55 min sauna sessions, if you are looking for an extra special sauna experience we are running a limited number of sauna workshops to start each day!

What's on offer?
- Our traditional wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experience will provide an oasis of relaxation, the perfect complement to the hustle and bustle of the main festival. - We are open 12am to 6pm on Wednesday & 10am - 6pm Thursday - Sunday during the festival. - Sauna sessions are a max of 8 people and last 55min. - Sauna workshop are a max of 6 people and last 45min: a full sensory experience for you and includes aromatherapy, essential oil infused salt scrubs, whisking (traditional massage performed using birch leaf bundles for a deep cleanse), antioxidant packed coffee scrubs and much more. - We have a changing space and chill out area whilst you wait and a cold rinse shower to refresh you between saunas! - No under 16s

- Two towels (one to sit on) - Swimwear - Drinking water - Warm clothes - Sliders / flip-flop
